Lonnie Weaver-Johnson is a keynote speaker and facilitator who has spent 25+ years in leadership, often in rooms where the hard conversations just were not happening. She has given over 1,500 performance reviews, lost a job for speaking up for her people, and delivered her keynote talks around the world, including her feedback keynote to 400 people in Brazil in broken Portuguese.

She is best known for her keynote on giving and receiving hard feedback, "Your Zipper Is Down: Turning Hard Feedback into Growth," and for helping leaders build teams that actually trust each other. As a Certified Scrum Trainer® for 25+ years, she knows the difference between a team that delivers and one that just looks busy.
